RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Revolution Padel Store, our priority is to offer products that meet the needs of our customers. However, we understand that sometimes the need to make a return may arise.
To ensure a satisfactory return experience for both parties, we ask that you ensure that the item you wish to return has not been used. In the event that the product has been used, we reserve the right to not accept the return or to apply a restocking fee.
Return Conditions
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The item must be in its original packaging, without damage or flaws.
All accessories and documentation that accompanied the product at the time of purchase must be included.
The product must not have been used, manipulated or modified in any way.
We recommend:
Do not pack directly on the original packaging of the product.
Use additional packaging to protect the product during shipping.

Step-by-Step Return Process (valid only for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands)
Request your Return Label: Send an email to support@revolutionpadelstore.com requesting your Correos return label.
Prepare your Package: Make sure that the products are new, unused, in their original packaging, with the original wrapping and seals. Do not forget to include the invoice or delivery note in the package.
Return Label: Stick the return label on the outside of the package and follow the instructions received by email. Do not stick the label directly on the products or their original boxes. If you cannot print it, you can show the label on your mobile phone.
Review and Refund: Once we receive the product, we will review it to make sure it is in perfect condition. Then, we will refund your money as quickly as possible using the same payment method.
Return Cost
The cost of the return for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be €4.95 if the initial order is greater than €59, if the initial order is less than €59 the cost of the return will be €7.90. This amount will be deducted from the total to be refunded if you use our prepaid label service. If you prefer to use another means to return the product, the cost will be the one indicated by the chosen transport agency and will not be associated with us. In case of an exchange, the same costs will apply as for the return.
Other Considerations
Voluntary Returns: Voluntary returns will not be free and will have a cost of €4.95.
Destinations other than the Peninsula: If your order was delivered to a destination other than the Peninsula, the return costs will be your responsibility. You must send the order with postage paid, properly packaged and in its original packaging, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. Use the following address:

How and When Will I Receive the Refund?
Once we have received the return under the conditions mentioned, we will proceed to make the refund according to the payment method you have used:
Payment by Credit Card: You will receive a credit in your credit card account.
Payment through PayPal: You will receive a credit in your PayPal account. You will have the option to keep the amount in your PayPal account for future purchases or transfer it to your bank account. If you choose the second option, simply contact PayPal to receive your money wherever you prefer.
Payment by bank transfer: You will receive a bank transfer to the same account from which you made it.
